Meat Pie

This is my last cooking blog, so today I'll introduce my recommend recipe. It's how to make meat pie. It may seem difficult to make a pie, but I use frozen pie sheets so it's easy to cook. Also, this dish is a perfect feast for Christmas and New Year because it looks gorgeous. Let's see how to make meat pie!

[Ingredients] 1hole
・minced meat(beef & pork)     250g
・onion     1
・pie sheets     2 piece
・Worcester sauce     as need
・consomme     as need
・salt & pepper     as need
・egg yolk       1
・water     a little
・flour     a little
・butter     a little

[Directions]
First, chop the onion. After that, fry the onion and minced meat in a frying pan. Next, season with Worcester sauce, consomme and salt & pepper. After frying, let them cool a little. Next, apply butter and flour to the pie plate. After that, roll out the pie sheet. Next, put the pie sheet on the pie plate and make some holes with a fork. Next, put fried meat and onion on the sheet. After that, cover with another pie sheet on the meat. Mix egg yolk and water. Next, apply it on the pie. Finally, bake at the oven 250℃ for 10 minutes. After baking, it's complete.
