I'll introduce how to make Italian Pudding. It is a traditional pudding from Northern Italy and it's little harder than regular pudding and has a rich, creamy taste. The reason I wanted to make Italian Pudding is because I often crave it at Seven-Eleven so I tried to make Italian Pudding at home. Let's try to make it.
[Ingredients]
■Caramel sauce
・granulated sugar 40g
・water 2 teaspoons
・boiling water 2 teaspoons
■Egg mixture
・cream cheese 100g
・eggs 3
・cornstarch 10g
・granulated sugar 60g
・milk 150g
・fresh milk 150g
・vanilla essence a few drops
[Directions]
First, put granulated sugar and water in a pan and heat. After it turns brown, turn off the heat and add boiling water. Pour it into mold and cool in the refrigerator. Next, put cream cheese in the bowl and mix. After that, add eggs and cornstarch several times and mix well. Next, put granulated sugar, milk and fresh milk in a pan to heat (Be careful not to boil). When the heat is turned off, add vanilla essence. After that, mix the two mixtures. Next, strain and poor into a mold. Add about 1 cm of hot water at 60° to the top plate and steam in an oven at 150° for 30 minutes. After steaming, Let it cool down and chill in the refrigerator for about 4 to 5 hours or more. Remove from the mold, cut and it's done.
