Tart dough
・butter 50g
・sugar 40g
・egg yolk 1
・flour 100g
Sweet Potato dough
・sweet potatoes depends on size (big:1, small:2~3)
・fresh milk 200ml
・sugar 30g
・vanilla extract as needed

■Tart part
First, spread butter and a tart mold and sieve a little flour. Next, mix softened butter and sugar. After that, add egg yolk, flour and mix them. Let it rest 1 hour in the refrigerator. 1 hour later, roll out the dough and put it on the tart mold. After that, make a lot of holes with a fork. Finally, bake at 180℃ for 15 minutes in the oven.
■Sweet Potato part
First, wrap the sweet potatoes in plastic wrap and heat in the microwave until cooked. Next, add sweet potatoes, sugar, fresh cream and vanilla extract to the food processor. And turn until it becomes a paste. After that, put this paste into a piping bag. Next, piping the paste on the tart and spread egg yolk on the top of the paste. Finally, bake at 180℃ until browned. It's complete.
