Hello everyone!!
How will you spend this Christmas? You will probably spend time with important people such as family, friends and lovers. For Christmas, I recommend making sweets. If you make them for Christmas and present them to someone, Christmas will be better. Today, I'll introduce how to make Christmas cookies. These cookies are in the form of a Christmas tree and wreath. Also, these cookies don't use a cookie mold, so you can reduce washing dishes.

[Ingredients]
・soft flour     95g
・matcha powder     5g
・butter     40g
・oil     10g
・powdered sugar     40g
・egg     1/2
・alazan and color sugar     as needed

[Directions]
First, allow butter to be room temperature like margarine softness. (At this time, it is better that the butter is very soft.) Next, mix soft flour and matcha powder in the bowl. In another bowl, mix butter oil and powdered sugar. After that, add egg and mix them. Next, combine mixed soft flour and matcha powder in the dough. Put this dough into the forcing bag. After that, squeeze out cookies on a baking pan in the shape of a tree and wreath. Next, decorate these cookies with alazan and sugar like Christmas tree and wreath. Finally, bake at 170℃ for 12 minutes. After baking, it's complete.
Sorry, I forgot to take photos when squeezing out and decorating the cookies.

Was it easy to make? These cookies are good for a gift. Please try to make them. Have a good Christmas everyone!!
