Cheese in Mashed Potato Cutlets

Today, I'll introduce how to make "cheese in mashed potato cutlets". This recipe was invented by me. And, this recipe has some ingenuity. First, I made cutlets but there are not fried in oil, so they are make healthy and you can save money. Second, there are fewer steps than the usual recipe. Usually, if you make cutlets, it requires 3 steps. You add flour, eggs, and bread crumbs in order. But I reduced the flour and eggs procedure and changed it to mayonnaise. So you can make it easier and mayonnaise also serves as a seasoning. And this dish uses sliced meat so it is easy to bake. Therefore you don't have to worry about too rare meat. [Ingredients for 4 people]
・potatoes   4(medium size)
・sliced meat (pork)  12 pieces
・bread crumbs   as needed
・butter   30g
・milk   as needed
・flake cheese   as needed
・mayonnaise   as needed
・salt and pepper   a dash
・Krazy salt (herb flavor salt)   a dash

[Directions]
First, peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces. Next,  boil them until they are completely cooked. After that, drain the water and fry lightly. Next, mash the potatoes and add butter and milk. There are some lumps, you can enjoy the texture. And add salt and peppers, and the mashed potatoes are complete. Then, line up 3 pieces of sliced meat and put on the mashed potatoes and cheese. And cover with mashed potatoes again. Next, wrap this mashed potato with meat. After that, season with crazy salts. (Krazy salt taste is very nice. It's goes well with anything.) 
Then, apply mayonnaise and roll into bread crumbs. Next, bake them in the frying pan until the meat is brown. After baking, it's complete!!
